Holds a degree in Agronomic Engineering from São Paulo State University (UNESP) (1988), a Master's degree in Agronomy (Crop Production) from São Paulo State University (UNESP) (2000), and an MBA in Citriculture from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Currently serves as Scientific Manager at the Fund for Citrus Plant Protection (Fundecitrus). Has experience in Agronomy, with an emphasis on Phytosanitary Protection, working primarily on the following topics: *Citrus sinensis*, *Xylella fastidiosa*, diseases, chlorosis, and bacteria.
